Pete Ravani joined Access Books Bay Area in October of 2020. He is an Investment Advisor and Vice President for a publicly traded consulting firm. He earned his CFP® designation from UCLA and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Pete also serves on the Board of FEI (Financial Executives International) and is an Executive Committee member for a prominent trusted advisor business organization called ProVisors. He has lived in many parts of the US before moving to California in 2005 and now lives in the Palo Alto area. He is married and has a son and a daughter. Some of Pete’s fondest memories as a child include reading science fiction, astronomy, and sports books. He loves to read the Who was biography books to his young daughter every evening. Pete is excited to join the Access Books Bay Area team to support their mission to level the literacy playing field for K-8 students living in poverty by providing books and transforming library space to schools. He enjoys traveling, basketball, watching movies, spending time with family and friends and of course, reading in his spare time.
